Bonjour camarades,
quelques erreurs se sont glissées dans le précédant message de convocation
du* congrès annuel de l'ASSÉ.* Ainsi le congrès se tiendra* les 29 et 30
avril 2017 à partir de 9h00 le matin à Québec* (*5**000 Boulevard des
Gradins Bureau 130, Ville de Québec*). Il va s'en dire que les délais pour
déposer des candidatures au conseil exécutifs, sur les comité et conseils,
déposer des avis de motion ou des proposition normales sont prolongés d'une
semaine. Nous vous rappelons aussi qu'il y a de nombreux postes à combler
sur le conseil exécutif, les comités n'ont cependant pas de limite de
membres:
Vous pouvez déposer votre candidature pour un poste sur le conseil exécutif
jusqu'au *Mercredi* *26 avril.*
- Secrétaire à la coordination (1 poste)
- Secrétaire à l'information (1 poste)
- Secrétaire aux finances (1 poste)
- Secrétaire aux relations internes (3 postes)
- Secrétaire aux relations externes (1 poste)
- Secrétaire aux communication (1 poste)
- Secrétaire aux affaires académiques (1 poste)
Pour devenir membre d'un comité de travail, la date limite pour le dépôt de
votre candidature est le* Vendredi 28 avril.*

- Comité aux luttes sociales
- Comité femmes
- Comité légal
- Comité formation
- Comité à la recherche et aux affaires académiques
Les Dépôt d'avis de motion devrons être fait au plus tard *Vendredi 31
mars *et les propositions normales seront acceptées jusqu'au *Jeudi 27
avril.*

Some errors have crept into the previous convocation message to ASSÉ's
annual congress. Thus the congress will be held *on 29 and 30 April
2017 from 9:00 am in Quebec city *(*5000 Boulevard des Gradins Bureau
130, Ville de Québec*). It is to be made clear that the deadlines for
submitting nominations to the executive council, committees and
boards, to file notices of motion or proposals are extended by one
week. We also remind you that there are many positions to fill on the
executive board, but the committees do not have any limitation of
members:
