***ENGLISH BELOW*** Bonjour camarades, La présente est pour vous annoncer que le congrès d’automne aura lieu *le 8 et 9 octobre 2016 **à un lieu qui reste à être confirmé, à Montréal*. Nous vous reconfirmerons le lieu dans un courriel suivant. Vous pouvez envoyer vos propositions, avis de motion ou demandes pour le Fond d’entraide à l’adresse suivante : webmestre(a)asse-solidarite.qc.ca. Ci-dessous, les délais pour chacune des propositions : · propositions normales : samedi le 24 septembre · candidature à un poste sur le Conseil exécutif : samedi le 24 septembre · candidature à un poste sur un Comité : mercredi 5 octobre Prenez note que toute proposition peut être amenée en Congrès, mais qu’elle peut être mise en dépôt au tiers des voix si elle n’a pas été déposée dans les délais précédents. De plus, des avis de motion peuvent être déposés durant le congrès ; ils pourront alors être traités lors du prochain congrès. Lors du congrès, il y aura une élection partielle. À ce jour, trois postes sur le Conseil exécutif sont ouverts, soit les postes de secrétaire aux finances et de secrétaire aux communications et un poste de secrétaire aux affaires internes. De plus, toute personne désireuse de s’impliquer peut présenter sa candidature pour un Comité. Vous pourrez trouvez davantage d’informations sur la politique électorale dans les Statuts et règlements. Nous invitons les associations étudiantes à produire un bilan de leurs activités avant le Congrès et à l’inclure au cahier de préparation, ce qui facilitera le déroulement du congrès. Le Conseil exécutif, ainsi que les différents Comités, produiront aussi un bilan textuel. Naturellement, il y a aura une présentation pendant le Congrès du travail du Conseil exécutif et de chacun des Comités, suivie d’une période de questions et réponses. Nous vous rappelons qu’il est primordial de vous inscrire afin que nous puissions préparer la bonne quantité de nourriture. Nous vous informons que le conseil exécutif n’achètera pas de nourriture supplémentaire durant le congrès. Below, the different deadlines : - Regular motions : Saturday, September 24th - To submit a candidacy on the Executive Council : Saturday, September 24th - To submit a candidacy on a Committee : Wednesday, October 5th Take notice that any motion can be submitted during the Congress, but that it can be tabled with a third of the votes (33% + 1 of votes in favour or against tabling), if it had not been sent within the time limits. Also, notice of motion can be submitted during this Congress, and will be processed at the following Congress. During the Congress, an election will be held. To this day, three positions are unoccupied on the Executive Council, the Finance Secretary, the Communications Secretary and one of the Internal Relations Secretary. Also, any person that is interested in getting involved can submit his or her candidacy for any Committee. You can find more information pertinent to that subject in the Bylaws. We suggest that the student associations produce a report of their activities before the Congress, that will be added to the Congress preparation booklet and will facilitate the flow of the Congress. The Executive Council, and the different Committees will also produce textual reports. Obviously, there will also be a presentation during the Congress of the work of the Executive Council and the Committees, followed by a period of questions. We remind you that it is imperative to register, so that we can prepare the good amount of food, and that there will be no additional food prepared during the time the Congress will be held.
