[asse-support] Whisper translation for ASSÉ's annual congress

Hi folks! We are really happy to announce there will be whisper translation for ASSÉ's annual congress. We were able to borrow CSU's translation kit and Benjamin (who has been employed by ASSÉ to do written translation) kindly agreed to do the translating part of the translation. Yay!
