Bonjour camarades,
La présente est pour vous annoncer que le congrès annuel aura lieu les 27
et 28 avril 2019 dans l'édifice du conseil régional FTQ Québec et
Chaudières-Appalaches (5000 Boulevard des Gradins, Bureau 130, Ville de
Québec).
Vous pouvez envoyer vos textes de réflexion, propositions, avis de motion
ou demandes pour le fonds d’entraide à l’adresse suivante :
webmestre(a)asse-solidarite.qc.ca. Vous trouverez les dates butoir pour
chacune des propositions ci-dessous:
Dépôt d'un avis de motion : vendredi le 29 mars 2019;
Candidature à un poste sur le conseil exécutif: vendredi le 12 avril 2019;
Candidature à un poste sur un comité : mercredi le 24 avril 2019.
Prenez note que toute proposition peut être amenée en congrès, mais qu’elle
peut être mise en dépôt au tiers des voix si elle n’a pas été déposée dans
les délais spécifiés. De plus, un avis de motion peut être déposé lors du
congrès; il pourra alors être traité au moment du congrès suivant.
Conformément au mandat du dernier congrès automnal, le congrès annuel
débutera avec une journée de réflexion et d’échange sur l'avenir de l'ASSÉ
et du mouvement étudiant. Le jour suivant devra aboutir sur une prise de
position claire des délégué·es sur la restructuration ou la dissolution
l'ASSÉ.
Nous invitons les associations étudiantes à produire des textes de
réflexion afin d'alimenter les discussions sur l'avenir de l'ASSÉ et de la
mobilisation étudiante. Vous pouvez envoyer vos textes sur ASSÉ-support
avant le congrès afin qu’ils puissent être inclus au cahier de congrès et
diffusés avant celui-ci. Par ailleurs, le conseil exécutif présentera un
bilan de ses activités.
Nous vous rappelons qu’il est primordial de vous inscrire afin que nous
puissions préparer la bonne quantité de nourriture et coordonner le

Hello Comrades,
The following is to announce that our annual congress will take place on
April 27 and 28, 2019 at the Regional Council of FTQ Québec and
Chaudière-Appalaches (5000 Boulevard des Gradins, Suite 130, Québec City).
You can submit your proposals, notices of motion or requests for the Mutual
Aid Fund to the following address: webmestre(a)asse-solidarite.qc.ca. The
deadlines are as follows:
Submitting a notice of motion: Friday, March 29, 2019;
Applying for a position on the executive: Friday, April 12, 2019;
Applications for a position on a committee: Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Note that any proposal can be brought to congress, but may be tabled for
one third of the votes if it has not been tabled the previous time. In
addition, notices of motion may be tabled during the convention; they can
then be treated at the next congress.
As set out in the mandate of the last fall congress, the annual congress
will comprise a day dedicated to collective reflection and exchange on the
future of ASSÉ. This day will be followed by the regular decision-making
sitting during which the delegates will be required to take a stance on
ASSÉ’s restructuration or dissolution.
We invite student associations to produce letters of reflection concerning
the future of ASSÉ and student mobilization in general. You can send in
these texts to ASSÉ-support before the congress so they may be included in
the preparation booklet and distributed ahead of time. The executive
council will also present a report of its activities.
We remind you that it is essential to register so that we may prepare the
right amount of food as well as coordinate transportation. Please register
