[asse-support] Modification of the annual Congress date

Comrades, The date of the Annual Congress has been modified. The Congress is still taking place at the FTQ Regional Office in Quebec City, but the new date is April 23rd-24th. We're terribly sorry for any inconveniance this may cause. We'll be calling every association over the next few hours to make sure that this new information has been received. Also, a new version of the preparatory booklet will be sent out shortly. Since the dates of the Congress have changed, so have the electoral periods. Please note that: - the electoral period for the Executive Council has been reopened and will end on Friday, April 8th at 11:59 PM. - the electoral period for the national team's committees will end on Wednesday April 20th. - you have until Wednesday April 20th to submit a motion that will be included in the preparatory booklet, otherwise it can be tabled with a 1/3 vote. Important: If you've already signed up, it's important to make sure that you're still available. If you're not, it's important to call the ASSÉ office and have your inscription canceled. As a precaution, we'll be directly contacting these people.
